Job Description
The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing detailed information on programs, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. The role involves outbound calls to potential students, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to prospective students through outbound calls and emails to promote SLBS Marklance's educational programs.
• Guide potential students through the admissions process, answering questions about courses, fees, and admission requirements.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve admission targets set by the institution.
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure student satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing, telesales, and academic teams to streamline the admissions process.
Location: Kochi
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
