Job descriptionAdmission Counselor- Kannada speaking only

• Advise present or prospective students by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
• Counseling students on call, regarding courses and their benefits & influencing them to enroll and guide them to the right-center in their respective city by following a prepared script
• Answer questions about our products or the company
• Any domestic outbound or telesales experience required, preferred for the ed-tech industry.
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
• Initiating phone conversations with prospects who want to make a career in the health care industry.
• Making 60-80 Calls and above calls a day
• Connected calls should be 30 and above a day
• Talk time should be more than 120 minutes a day.
• Selling courses over the phone directly.
• Explain the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
• Providing the right customer experience

Must-Have:

• Kannada speaking only
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The Minimum Age Requirement is 18.
• Agree to work as an Individual Contributor Role
• Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it
• Alteast having work exp. for 1 year+ into Tele-Counselling/ED-tech Sales/Tele-sales
