Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Faridabad (Must be willing to travel across India)

Job Type: Full-Time

: We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Admission Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a smart and pleasant personality along with excellent communication skills. The role involves a combination of tele-counselling and face-to-face interactions with prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counselling:

o Conduct tele-counselling and face-to-face counselling sessions.

o Encourage campus visits to showcase our facilities and infrastructure.

o Conduct Open Days to engage with prospective students and parents.

o Provide comprehensive information about our programs and ensure maximum student enrollments.

2. On-Campus Engagement:

o Welcome and guide students and parents during campus visits.

o Provide detailed tours of the campus facilities and infrastructure.

3. Outreach Activities (Post-Admission Session):

o Build and maintain relationships with high school principals and authorities.

o Conduct fairs, seminars, and outreach programs to promote our institution.

o Organize and manage participation in the High School Chef Wars across India.

Qualifications:

Skills: Smart, pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.

Experience: 0-5 years. Prior experience in counselling or a related field is preferred.

Attributes: Proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong ability to engage and influence students.

Travel: Willingness to travel across India as required for outreach activities and events.
