Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Sales:
Sell preschool admissions (Gurgaon) and toddler gymnastics courses (Noida) by engaging parents, understanding their needs, and presenting the value of the programs.
2. Lead Management:
Manage leads generated through various channels (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries) and follow up consistently to close deals.
3. Counseling & Guidance:
Provide in-depth counseling to parents, explaining the benefits of the programs, curriculum details, and how our offerings cater to child development.
4. CRM Management:
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
5. Event Participation:
Attend relevant community events and exhibitions to promote programs and generate leads.
6. Customer Experience:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
7. Reporting:
Report daily activities, inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups to the team lead.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
