We are looking for smart and energetic admission counsellors whom being a mentor and guide who potential learners can look up for course advice
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.
Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of PIMTs assosiated universities model of online learning.
Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you.This includes marking phone/video calls, product demonsteration, sales closing and post sales relationship management.
Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelor's degree
1 -2 Years of experience in admission counsellors or similar role, especially within the education sector.
A solid understanding of the education industry
Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to connect with others effectively.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Fluency in Malayalam and English is must
