In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our clients and driving sales growth. You will counsel students, parents, and teachers on our latest educational products, build relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Counsel students, parents, and teachers regarding EduMENTOR's educational products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue for EduMENTOR branches.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with principals, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions.
• Address student and parent queries, providing solutions and guidance.
• Establish rapport with prospective customers and convert them into clients.
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify new customer segments and penetrate the education market.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand student and market needs, providing valuable feedback to the product development team.
• Gather market intelligence and inform product development and improvement strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report to the head office.
