Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Overseas Admission Counsellor to guide students in the process of applying to universities and colleges abroad. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various educational systems, admission requirements, and visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive guidance to students on educational options, application processes, and admissions to universities abroad.
• Assist students in identifying courses and universities that align with their academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
• Guide students in preparing and submitting applications, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
• Counsel students and parents about university rankings, tuition fees, scholarships, and living expenses in various countries.
• Conduct information sessions, seminars, and workshops on overseas education and study abroad processes.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in university admission requirements, visa regulations, and immigration policies.
• Assist in preparing visa applications, and review all required documents before submission.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international universities and academic institutions.
• Support students throughout the entire process, from the initial inquiry stage to post-arrival assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admissions status.
