We are currently seeking a motivated and empathetic Admission Counselor to join our team. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective students navigate the admissions process and make informed decisions about their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and campus life.
• Conduct individualized admissions counseling sessions to assess students' interests, goals, and needs, and guide them through the application process.
• Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility for admission.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, and campus tours, to attract and engage prospective students.
• Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and increase outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with admissions team members to develop and implement strategies for student recruitment, retention, and yield enhancement.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to admissions and enrollment management.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the admissions office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or student services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
