• Operational Management:
+ Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure efficient functioning of the center.
+ Oversee patient scheduling, appointments, and registration processes.
+ Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained, repaired, and operational.
• Administrative Support:
+ Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including therapists, doctors, and specialists.
+ Manage documentation and filing of patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies.
+ Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails to manage inquiries and schedule updates.
• Financial & Inventory Management:
+ Track and manage billing, invoices, and payments, coordinating with the finance department as needed.

• Staff Coordination & Training:
+ Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training administrative staff.

+ Ensure staff adherence to the center's policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
• Customer Service:
+ Ensure a welcoming environment for patients and their families, addressing concerns with sensitivity.
+ Handle patient complaints and feedback to enhance service quality.
+ Guide patients through the center's programs, services, and intervention processes.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:
+ Ensure the center complies with health and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
+ Participate in regular audits, reviews, and quality improvement activities.
