Key Responsibilities:Administrative Tasks:
• Manage and organize company records, files, and documents.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Handle correspondence and ensure timely responses to internal and external communications.
• Assist in creating and implementing office policies and procedures.
Accounts Management:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
• Ensure timely submission of tax and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and the finance department regarding payments and invoices.
Email Writing:
• Draft professional emails for client communication, internal updates, and other purposes.
• Ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy in all written correspondence.
• Monitor and manage company email accounts, responding promptly to inquiries.
Content Creation:
• Develop engaging content for internal and external purposes, such as newsletters, social media posts, and reports.
• Assist with editing and proofreading materials to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with branding and strategy.

• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative mindset with experience in content development and editing.
