The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our gifting business. The primary responsibilities will include data entry, invoice generation, managing customer details, making vendor calls, creating presentations, and providing general administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately, including but not limited to customer information, invoices, and vendor details. Generate and manage invoices for client orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain comprehensive records of customer details, orders, and transactions. Make outgoing vendor calls to source materials, negotiate prices, and coordinate deliveries as required. Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings. Provide administrative support within the organization, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication across different projects. Handle incoming inquiries and requests from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior experience in a startup environment or event management industry is a plus.
