To Oversee and Manage the daily operation of the Administrative team and Security Team, including supervising, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support.
Security Management:
Implement the security provisions as per the laid down procedures.
Shall be responsible for the proper conduct, discipline and performance of all the personnel in Security department.
Shall also be responsible and ensure that fire service section is fully equipped and personnel are well trained.
Shall also be responsible for the duties of his subordinate staff and carry out any other lawful and reasonable orders issued to him by management.
Carrying out periodic surprise checks and maintains a record of such checks.
Submitting report to the GM- Operations indicating lapses noticed by him as and when it occurs.
Arranging regular programs to apprise the employees on security matters.
Maintaining constant liaison with law enforcing agencies and other nodal offices.
Vehicle management, Material IN-OUT records, CCTV, Key Management, Parking management, Access control system, Medical Emergency, Crisis management, Disaster management and etc.
Material loading and unloading and management of security personnel in shifts.
Ensuring that the shop floors are properly maintained and that the workers are maintaining discipline and cleanliness.
Ensure that all records pertaining to the movement of men, material and vehicles are properly maintained by the security department.
General Administration:
Management of general administration and office management functions.
Complete administration of canteen, transport, housekeeping and recreational facilities.
Directing, coordinating and planning essential services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, drivers, waste disposal and recycling.
Supervising Horticulture activities in the office site.
Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures if necessary
Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses, ensuring monthly training to security officers and guards.
Managing periodic festival celebrations, including Event Management, Town Hall Arrangements and periodic events
Coordinating with different departments, outside agencies, and third-party vendors to solve business issues.
Qualification:
Bachelors in any discipline, MBA/ MHRM or equivalent in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations is essential.
Candidate MUST be Ex-Indian Defense forces (Army, Navy), Paramilitary forces and currently working within a Corporate environment heading Security Functions.
Experience of 15 to 20 years in managing large scale administration and Security.
