Striving for continuous improvement you will understand that we need to innovate the way we engage with our clients, to further drive the growth of our business.Role PurposeThe Specialist for Programs will be a key contributor to the customer social responsibility program. The position will support the customer and will develop relationships with key partners globally to drive social compliance and sustainability initiatives. They will work in partnership with the Associate Director and other key staff to meet customer expectations and execute against our SOW obligations. The position will help to represent the customer externally with suppliers and service providers and internally with LRQA delivery teams. They will report directly to the Associate Director, Programs and to the Customer for whose program LRQA has management responsibility.Responsibilities

  • Review and Execution Against Assessment Plans
  • Review assessment reports working with manual and auto scoring tools with exception reporting and scoring modifications in client portal
  • Preparing and issuing Authorization Letters and other post assessment communications to suppliers
  • Manage internal and external communications, creating template communications and tracking responses from suppliers
  • Support onboarding process, deactivations and updates across internal and client portals
  • Keeping systems and trackers up to date, accurate and available to internal/external team
  • Communicates escalations and alerts to team leaders and client
  • Supports other team members with administrative duties
  • Support the team to maintain a high level of service that exceeds client expectations:
  • Develop a detailed understanding of all SOPs and client goals
  • Contribute to support for new program/SOP implementation
  • Promptly review and document updates to clients internal processes
  • Join internal/external meetings and willingness to communicate during non-traditional working hours
  • Proactively use LRQA and customers data systems to anticipate and proactively resolve issues
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree holder or above
  • 5+ years of experience with Ethical Sourcing/Labor Compliance/Environmental arena either for a brand/retailer or service provider with a focus on various assessment and CAP report review
  • Experience with SLCP, SMETA and Better Work report review. Higg FEM a plus.
  • Experience with Worldly and Better Work portals
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Strong in analytical skills and manage to identify potential risk
  • Able to work independently, detail-minded, self-starter and a good team player
  • Familiar with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
