Job Title: Administrative Receptionist

Department: Facility Management

Reports To: Office Manager/Facility Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Receptionist to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management:

? Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

? Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

? Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

• Administrative Support:

? Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

? Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

? Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

? Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas.

• Facility Management Support:

? Assist in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.

? Track and report on facility management metrics and KPIs.

? Support health and safety compliance initiatives.

? Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

• Customer Service:

? Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.

? Address and resolve basic client inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
• Skills:

u Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi).

u Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

u Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

u Customer service-oriented mindset.

u Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Working Conditions:

Salary Package:

15000 Per Month (Only for Female Candidate).
