Job Summary:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the medical equipment factory.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate activities, and maintain records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
2. HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
3. Communication:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
4. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Financial Support:
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
6. Supply Chain Support:
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers.
- Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
7. Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.
8. Reporting:
- Generate reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions.
9. Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
10. Miscellaneous:
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Provide support to other departments and teams as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
