: Administrative Officer with Osmania University Board Experience
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Officer particularly with the Osmania University Board. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of academic policies, university procedures, and administrative functions to streamline organizational processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Osmania University Board on academic, examination, and affiliation matters.
• Manage timely communication and submission of documents, reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to university guidelines, policies, and schedules.
• Oversee daily administrative functions, including office management and documentation.
• Maintain and update records related to students, staff, and institutional approvals.
• Prepare and present reports on institutional performance and academic progress.
• Manage audit preparations and document verifications.
• Address student queries related to academic issues, certificates, and university processes.
• Support faculty with updates on curriculum changes, exam schedules, and other relevant information.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in administrative roles, with specific experience working with Osmania University or similar educational boards.
• Strong knowledge of Osmania University's policies, examination procedures, and academic regulations.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
