Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Management:
• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the college.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
• Ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions.
• College Management:
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of college policies.
• Handle student admissions, registrations, and records management.
• Academic Support:
• Liaise with faculty and staff to support academic programs.
• Manage class schedules, faculty assignments, and exam logistics.
• Provide administrative support for academic events and meetings.
• Student Services:
• Address student inquiries and provide guidance on administrative processes.
• Assist in the organization of student activities and programs.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality.
• Financial Administration:
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Monitor and control expenditures within the allocated budget.
• Handle fee collection and financial reporting.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with college policies and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports to college management and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a degree in Paramedical Sciences or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational institution.
• Knowledge in college management and administrative office procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the paramedical field.
• Familiarity with educational administration and academic processes.
• Knowledge of student information systems and educational technologies.
