The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will support the institution through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Officer will handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position, typically Monday to Saturday.
• 9AM TO 5PM
