andling MIS on daily basis and maintaining proper records.

esolve critical employees' grievances and ensure harmonious industrial

elations; keeping compliance with various industrial laws and promoting

mployees' welfare activities.

aintain the hard and soft copies of employee documents at the Site.
? M

onitoring premises electrical, carpentering and plumbing works.

etty cash management.

ire Mechanical/Machinery Operators.

ehicles movement (Bus & Cab), control vehicles, logbook check & verify,

ssign vehicles to engineers or department.

onitoring records of parking stickers and arrangement for vehicle parking

rea with proper security.

esponsible for preparation, distribution and manage trip sheet for cab driver.
? M

onitoring vehicles by GPS, find out GPS report.

ravel management, hotel booking for guest & staff, arrange vehicle, ticket
b

ooking (Plane, Train, etc.).

onitor all Insurance policies and follow up for renewals.

andling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office
m

aintenance etc.

fficiently generating maintenance reports and MIS reports on daily basis for

he running of company operations.

egregating duties and allocating them to the office boys for its timely
c

ompletion.

rranging conferences, seminars, parties and annual get together at the site

ffice.

rganizing for security guards for site premises.

rocurement and Vendor Management:-

nventing quotations from different vendors and compare the quotes on the
b

asis of cost and quality and prepared the agreements as per the company
p

rocedure.

anaging and ensuring payment of bills on time.
? C

oordinating with the vendors for the negotiations and quality checks of the
p

roducts procured for the office.

uest House & Canteen Management:-
? G

uest house and Bachelor Accommodation maintenance.
? M

onitor all Insurance policies and follow up for renewals.
? M

aintain the Canteen and its hygiene.
? C

hecking quality of vegetables and grocery items.
? C

hecking bill of material & weight of material.
? C

ontrol mess staff and run the canteen smoothly.
? C

hecking the register of materials on daily basis.

iasoning:-

iasoning with local govt. bodies- RTO, labour office, Police, and other

overnment authorities.
? L

iasoning with police department for any assistance to staffs, members or
o

rganization in filling of complaint, FIR etc.
? L

aisoning with electricity department, municipal department, etc. for smooth

ervices.
