We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a contributor for Presentation Creation, Project Planning, and Administrative Support. In this role, one will play a crucial part in facilitating smooth operations, assisting with presentations, and contributing to effective project management. The responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Presentation Creation:
  • Develop visually appealing and informative presentations for internal and external use.
  • Gather data, content, and graphics to create engaging slideshows.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and design across all presentations.
Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling, including setting up meetings and maintaining project calendars.
  • Collaborate with project teams to track progress, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Prepare project-related documentation and reports as needed.
Administrative Support:
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments and team members to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
  • Assist in coordinating and preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Research and Data Collection:
  • Conduct research on various topics and compile information for projects and reports.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a reputed institute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience in presentation design software is desirable.
  • Prior administrative or project support experience is a benefit.
  • The incumbent should be a localite of Vadodara
