AlgoRooms is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative/HR Assistant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with a keen interest in human resources functions. This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments while also assisting with HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

- Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

- Assist with the organization of company events, conferences, and team-building activities.

- Act as a point of contact between employees and management.

2. Human Resources Assistance:

- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

- Assist with the screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.

- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, updating policies, and handling employee inquiries.

- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate setting.

- Familiarity with HR functions and basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
