• As a Front Desk Office Administrator at Unique Power Technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reception & Customer Service:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring messages are communicated accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform general office tasks, including data entry in Excel, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.
• Help prepare and distribute documents and reports as requested by management.
• Support the coordination of company events, meetings, and training sessions when needed.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Maintain effective communication with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries, shipments, and logistics within the office.
• Office Management Support:
• Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring necessary items are ordered in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintaining office equipment, arranging for repairs or servicing as needed.
