General Institute Management
Oversee the operation of the school's office and other administrative activities including the performance of financial and administrative tasks and the operation of computer systems.
Provide support to the school principal, school executive and other school staff concerning administrative and financial matters, including participating in school financial decision making processes.
Participate in the development and implementation of school management plans and procedures.
Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and is accessible.
Allocating non academic staff and duties as well as monitoring leave, and providing support for teaching and learning activities.
Monitoring work output and quality, including the identification of professional development, training and support needs of the non academic staff of the institution.
Help out the Principal and the Management in resolving conflicts or other issues as they occur.
Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public as and when required.
Help management to shape and uphold the vision of the institution.
Understanding and reviewing the way the institute and all its departments function.
Managing school security, caretakers, and other ground staff.
Maintain the overall institute premises.
Purchase
Uphold the requisition policies set by the management.
Keep a track of all the assets of the institution and access whenever there is a need of purchasing assets
Maintaining a proper inventory of all the assets and the stocks.
Meet with various vendors, negotiate and collect quotations.
Admissions
Plan and conduct activities to generate leads.
Plan and conduct activities to increase the lead sources.
Prepare marketing assets and tools.
Conduct counselling sessions with the parents and students.
Transport Management
Find out third party vendors to outsource the transport department.
Negotiate the terms and conditions and draft the contract for Transport Management.
Assess the strength of the students opting for the transport, plan and map the routes for an efficient travel timing of the students.
Supervise the transportation and troubleshoot any issues faced by the students.
Oversee the decorum and discipline in the transport department.
Maintain the ERP in accordance with the transport plan.
