Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, office management, and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily office operations and ensuring a well-organized workplace
• Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
• Assisting in data entry, filing, and maintaining company records
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Assisting in HR and payroll-related activities
• Supporting the management in any other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Management, or related fields)
• Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
