Ensure branch compliance with local laws and organizational policies, maintaining necessary documentation.
Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and quality for goods and services.

Staff Supervision and Training
Train and mentor staff as required to maintain high performance and professionalism.
Act as the primary point of contact for team communication and ensure smooth daily operations.
4.
Manpower and Customer Service Management
Manage and monitor sufficient manpower levels at the branch.
Handle customer queries and complaints courteously, resolving issues efficiently.
5.
Financial Oversight
Monitor branch expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
Report discrepancies and financial concerns to the reporting officer promptly.
6.
Additional Duties
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by senior management to support branch operations.
B. Skills and Qualifications
1. Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
2. Experience
: Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role.
3. Technical Skills
: Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with administrative tools.
4. Languages
: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
