Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive or Project Manager to join our team. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing projects, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Administrative Duties:* - Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. - Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations. - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. - Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems. - Handle confidential information with discretion. 2. *Project Management:* - Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion. - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. - Prepare project reports and present findings to management. 3. *Communication:* - Serve as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners. - Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments. - Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executives. 4. *Support to Executives:* - Assist executives in decision-making processes by providing timely and relevant information. - Manage executives\' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items. Qualifications: - *Education:* Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - *Experience:* - 3+ years of experience in an administrative or project management role. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - *Skills:* - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
