Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Communication: Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain office records and documents.
Support: Assist with office tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and office supplies management.
Coordination: Liaise between departments and ensure smooth workflow.
Event Planning: Organize meetings, conferences, and events.
Budgeting: Help track office expenses and prepare budgets.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
1-2 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
