Oversee and manage the facility management and housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Review and manage admin-related reports and checklists for accuracy and completion.
Oversee and ensure effective administrative functions within the assigned department, such as analysis, reconciliation, reports & presentations preparation, budget and purchasing research, and account monitoring.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including processing invoices, preparing checks, and reconciling statements.
Assist in preparing budgets by coordinating and compiling data, researching past expenditures, and making projections for the following year.
Manage databases and other information systems to ensure data is updated and accessible.
Coordinate and support various administrative projects and initiatives.
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor management, and negotiations, to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Oversee and maintain contracts with related vendors and purchase supplies and equipment as authorized.
Monitor fixed assets and equipment, maintaining records for all IT and non-IT equipment.
Record disbursement of petty cash, perform timely replenishment of funds, and conduct monthly reconciliations of the account.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor\xca\xbcs degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office & G Suite is a must
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
