DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities:

  • Labour Relations Support:
  • Oversee S&E and labour related compliance for multiple offices and factories, maintaining records in the CompliPlus system.
  • Streamline processes for contractor compliance checks, particularly for Pune.
  • Drive central labour projects at plants in coordination with Plant HRBP/HR Ops.
  • Handle administrative LR tasks including PR, PO, supplier payments, LR training, and workshops.
  • Manage communication and updates regarding minimum wage revisions.
  • Build and maintain LR MIS for India ABO and analyze data.
  • Visit plants to oversee and coordinate projects and support the LR Leader in managing labour relations.
  • Provide administrative support to various LR initiative such as LR Workshop, LE Learning Session, Building LR MIS etc.

  • Labour Law Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Indian labour laws and employment compliances.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data; present findings effectively.
  • Data Communication and Visualization: Proficient in illustrating business problems, solutions, and opportunities through visual data presentations such as reports and dashboards.
  • Human Resources Consulting: Experience in diagnosing and optimizing opportunities to provide holistic HR solutions while balancing stakeholder needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Labour Laws/ HR/ Personnel ManagementCompetencies:
