Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Administrative Assistant

to support daily operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and facilitate smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will assist in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:Executive & Administrative Support:



Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential emails, reports, and official documentation. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in administrative support or office coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
