This position requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of organizational operations, procedures and staff. Within guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work.
Utilizes strong computer skills to prepare complex correspondence, reports, presentations, charts, tables and forms.
Uses discretion and judgment when screening visitors and telephone calls, scheduling appointments and organizing work load to meet established priorities.
Organizes work load to comply with deadlines and priorities, works independently to complete routine correspondence, reports and forms for review.
Provides coordination of scheduling/meetings for senior management.
Makes travel and stay arrangements as needed both domestically and internationally.
Timely maintain vendor agreements.
Maintain monthly attendance report for employees, workers and apprentice.
Plan committee meetings and maintain canteen and housekeeping operations.
Administrative support for training and related activities/events.
Uphold applicable statutory compliance in accordance with legislation.
Purchases items using Coupa/Ariba as needed, also process vendor bills timely.
Ability to coordinate activities with other functions as needed.

Bachelors or Masters degree in human resources, labor relations, or organizational development, or in a related discipline.
Proven HR admin or assistant experience of 3-5 years
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
