This would entail the individual to be well-versed in managing the calendars for key drumbeat meetings, coordinate travel and planning for such meetings while ensuring efficient management of the regional sales office. Ensure regional sales leadership is not engaged in non-business administrative activities by demonstrating complete ownership of administrative during of the regional sales office Actively curate and execute interventions with HR and Divisional Leadership to ensure superior employee months of truth.Responsibilities of the role:Manage key drumbeat meetings for organisation: Curate agenda with the divisional leadership team and lead superior execution of key drumbeat meetings for the organisation. Manage travel and stay arrangements of team in partnership with vendors for such meetings.Calendar management for Divisional Leader: Responsible for managing the calendar for divisional business leader. This includes managing their travel along with the relevant compliance processes around the sameLead site management: Responsible for end to end management of the Regional Sales Office and relevant vendors.Site Engagement Leader: Partner with the HR Team towards conceptualisation and leading HR initiatives across employee engagement, well-being, rewards and recognition and simplification.Job Qualifications
