Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support and streamline the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Project Documentation: Manage the documentation for new projects, with a primary focus on statutory and sales-related agreements, specifically Service Agreements.
Statutory Documentation: Ensure the completion and submission of all necessary statutory documents, including those required for lab processing.
Government and Local Body Certificates: Oversee the documentation related to government and local body certificates, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Sales Documentation: Handle all sales-related documentation, including the procurement of proper approvals from the relevant department heads as per company procedures.
