Elevate is seeking an Administrative Assistant to oversee administrative processes for a customer-embedded team. Responsibilities include intake and assignment of TROs (Temporary Restraining Orders), managing the team's shared Outlook inbox, and interfacing with the customer and our team to ensure each TRO is timely assigned/acknowledged. For the right person, the role could be expanded to include processing defaults, which involves creating Excel spreadsheets, communicating with the customer's finance department, and closing cases out in the customer's case-tracking tool.
Specifically, the Administrative Assistant will
• Oversee the intake and assignment of TROs.
• Manage the team's shared Outlook inbox.
• Interface with the customer and our team to ensure each TRO is timely assigned/acknowledged.
• Properly route communications from Right's Owner's counsel.
• Potentially, the role could be expanded to include processing defaults, which involves creating spreadsheets and transmitting those to the customer's finance department and closing cases out in the case-tracking tool.
Experience:
• 1-3 years and above of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant, Junior Project Manager, or Paralegal.
• Familiarity with US court orders and/or experience in legal/litigation support.
• Ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and follow customer's standard operating procedures.
• Strong written communication skills.
