Experience : 2 yrs plus in admin/ office management. ( Employees from Goa are preferred)
Location : Mapusa/ Canca, Goa.
Admin Associate (Legal Department)1. Administrative Support:
• Document Management : Organize, maintain, and update legal files, contracts, and case-related documents, both in hard copy and digital formats.
• Filing and Archiving : Ensure legal documents and case files are stored properly and can be easily retrieved when needed.
• Scheduling : Manage the calendar for the legal team, scheduling meetings, court hearings, depositions, and client appointments.
• Correspondence : Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and legal documents.
2. Communication and Coordination:
• Client Interaction : Serve as the point of contact for internal departments, external clients, vendors, and third-party legal service providers.
• Meeting Coordination : Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders after legal meetings.
• Interdepartmental Liaison : Communicate with other departments to provide legal documents, clarification, and general support.
3. Office Management:
• Supply and Inventory Management : Manage office supplies, legal materials, and inventory related to the department.
• Travel Arrangements : Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistics for legal staff attending court proceedings, hearings, or meetings.
