Office Timings : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sometimes may exceed)

Job Type : Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

:

• Handel Petty Cash
• Assist with the recording and storage of information in accordance with records management policies and procedures.
• Act only in ways that advances the organization's objectives, values and reputation.
• Perform personal tasks that will free up the MD's/CEO's time.
• Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the MD/CEO
• Plan and maintain the MD's/CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal engagements.
• Develop and maintain efficient filing systems, both physical and electronic, for all documents related to the MD's/CEO's activities and employees.
• Booking flight and train tickets of employees.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing facilities, housekeeping, and soft services.
• Coordinate with vendors for all administrative needs, such as courier services, stationery, and office supplies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to administration activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Manage vendors and exploring vendors
• To work as executive assistant to the MD/CEO.
• Draft correspondence to be sent on behalf of and signed by MD/CEO.
• Support the MD/CEO to manage information exchange and ensure effective communication occurs across key stakeholder groups.
• Ensure that urgent enquiries and emerging issues are brought to the MD's/CEO's attention.
• Responsibilities are not limited to just above things
• Managing and responding to phone and email inquiries, providing assistance to staff and external stakeholders as needed

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
• Proficient in administration work, facilities, housekeeping management, soft services, office assistance, facility management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,297.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
