Job Description


:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assisting visitors in navigating the office and providing accurate information about Della Luxury Products.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and organized.
  • Handling basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support other departments as needed.
  • Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Handling inquiries and providing general information about products and services.
  • Maintaining an updated contact list for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with the cleaning staff to ensure office cleanliness and organization.
  • Providing support during company events and meetings, including setup and logistics.
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and providing necessary information.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various tasks including drafting documents, managing spreadsheets, and handling email communications.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Industries Preferred: Retail, Real Estate, Design & Architecture, Hospitality, Corporate Offices
Qualifications Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plusSkills Required:
