#### Administration Officer
Experience:
• 3 to 5 years years' experience in similar role.
• Proficiency in English, Tamil and one or more other languages
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
:
• Overall administration and management of day-to-day office operations,
Office Support Staff and employee attendance and movements
• Ensure the serviceability of Office Utilities and support functional system
( Computers, IT Network etc )
• Arrange Travel Arrangements required for Officials
• Receipt and despatch of Couriers, Goods and materials etc
• Coordination with Local Bodies for necessary statutory compliance
• Coordination with Aarjay Corporate Office at Bangalore
• Local and outstation Travel as required by the job
Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful
environment
• Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and
record keeping systems
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with
the ability to learn new or updated software
