Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage office operations, schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors.
• Office Management: Oversee supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Financial Tasks: Handle invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Team Coordination: Support staff with meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
• Time management skills

Education/Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in administrative roles is an advantage

Pay: ?12,300.55 - ?28,312.56 per month
