1. Managing information flow
2. Assist to Sr. EA.
3. Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
4. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
5. Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
6. Making travel arrangements for executives.
7. Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
8. Provide general administrative support.
9. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
10. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
Skills Required:
1. Good Communication Skills
2. In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
3. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
4. Good knowledge of Computer
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Salary: 112000 to 250000 per year
