Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration/ Marketing to support our school's administrative functions and assist in executing our marketing strategies. This role is essential for ensuring efficient school operations and promoting our educational programs to a broader audience.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for teachers, staff, parents, and students, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Oversee the management of office supplies and school inventory.
- Experience in banking is a plus.
- Responsible for fee collection and related financial duties.
- Drive admission conversion through effective pitching and engagement.
- Oversee and manage school infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Parent Relations:
Key focus on building and maintaining positive parent relationships.
Organize and conduct parent meetings and events.
Collect and analyze parent feedback for service improvement.
Maintain regular communication through emails and other platforms.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of parent communications.
Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports on parent engagement.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and other essential documentation.
Marketing Duties:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to promote the school and its programs..
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience 3-10 years in administrative support, marketing, or customer relations, preferably in education.
Skills:

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
