Job Description


Job Summary:We are seeking for candidates who is responsible for overseeing the issuance, renewal, and maintenance of licenses and permits within the organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, managing documentation and providing support to applicants and license holders. The ideal candidate also experienced in university affiliation processes and a strong understanding in academic licensing requirements.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required. Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
  • License and permit management Process applications for new license and permits. Review and verify application information, Issue, renew and update licenses and permits in accordance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records.
  • Compliance and Regulatory conduct regular audits to ensure all licenses and permits.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed record and documentation of licensing activities. Generate reports on licensing status, compliance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Coordination and communication with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues.
  • Well experienced in managing the affiliation process for universities, including the preparation and submission of necessary documentation.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on day-to-day tasks and priorities.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of office facilities, including building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
  • Coordinate office renovations, repairs, and maintenance activities as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement emergency preparedness procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have an MBA in HR (Full Time), from a premier School, having relevant prior experience of 10 years.
  • Should have Knowledge in Liaison with Anna University, Dr. MGR Medical University, DME, Govt. depts like Police, Tahsildar, Electricity, Telephone etc.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, with a focus on HR and facility operations.
