Key Responsibilities
• Office Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
• Dealing with Vendors on a daily basis.
• Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
• Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications for any Admin work.
• Greet and assist visitors and manage the travel desk.
• Event Planning:
• Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Arrange catering and venue logistics as needed.
• Documentation and Records:
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of company documents.
• Project Assistance:
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
