An Admin Executive shall be good in communication skills, computer savvy, good at interpersonal relations, good at drafting minutes, preparing reports, contract and renewals, well versed in MS Office, disciplined, punctual. He will be required to provide administrative support in general Admin Roles in a factory, pertaining to Housekeeping, Cabs, Hotels, Pest control, Events, Canteen, Security, Courier, Garden, Pantry, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, contract renewal and any other roles assigned by reporting manager. This specific requirement is for Admin Executive to look after admin activities of the location including support to Savli and Halol. Position required incumbent to have some experience in Maintance of Inventory compilation of of documents Preparation of orders for Auction service/ Tendering Procedure Documents to be sent to auctioneer for E-Auction collection of Organsiation documents from buyers Preparation of Reports and MoMs of meetings Receipt of payment from buyer and accounting of same. Maintaining Records of stock inward and outward Background An Administration Executive shall be ready to take all responsibilities and work assigned by Senior Authorities shall be the knowledge of His reporting manager.
