We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive (CRM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships during the collection process, addressing changes in the department, providing after-sales services, and ensuring timely delivery of the properties. The CRM will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied and receive exceptional service throughout their entire customer journey.

• Preferred only Real Estate Industry with the experience of residential/ commercial project.
• Good knowledge of CRM procedures of real estate.
• Very Good business communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of MS Office , advance Excel.
• The candidate should have working knowledge/experience in the following
• Thorough knowledge of ongoing project.
• Excellent knowledge about booking form (including terms and conditions)
• Post booking sending welcome mail to client.
• Follow-up for stamp duty and registration
• Proper knowledge of Project APF file (documents required for project APF)
• Complete knowledge of bank loan process along with documents required (salaried as well as Self-employed)
• Knowledge of stamp duty calculation.
• Knowledge of ready reckoned rate.
• After receipt of bank sanction letter/ stamp duty & Registration Fees.
• Sending draft agreement to client.
• 10% Own contribution amount with SDR if client dont want to go with Bank loan.
• Knowledge about draft agreement
• Should be familiar with legal language related to Draft & Agreement.
• Mailing required receipts to the client upon receipt of payment
• Generating demand letter and NOC for 1st disbursement
• Payment recovery from bank.
• Maintaining relationship with all booked clients
• Handling process from after booking to till possession.
• Must have 3+ Yrs Experience in Sales & CRM in the Real estate Industry
• Team handling is a needed skill
• Ability to understand real estate legal documentation as well as working knowledge of RERA is a must
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle CRM activities of multiple projects simultaneously
• Candidate will be expected to lead a midsized team
• Manage and reply to customer queries in all forms of communication
• Develop a cordial relationship with the customer throughout the customer journey
• Generate referral business from existing customers
• Complete monthly collection targets of the Company
• Manage all post sales documentation as needed
