Role & responsibilities
• Administrative Support :
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for real estate agents and executives.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, listings, and contracts.
• Update and maintain databases, CRM systems, and client records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries.
• Client Support:
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Schedule property viewings, inspections, and appointments with clients and vendors.
• Follow up with clients, prospects, and leads to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Coordinate open houses, property tours, and events as needed.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of property listings and marketing campaigns.
• Office Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including training and orientation.
• Manage vendor relationships and office contracts for services and supplies.
• Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
