Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Location: Ahmedabad ( HO )
1. Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in working condition. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
2. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for management. Provide support for HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and employee assistance.
3. Housekeeping: Manage housekeeping staff and ensure high cleanliness standards. Coordinate with cleaning services and monitor their performance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
4. Coordination and Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations. Communicate policies, updates, and announcements to employees.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenses, inventory, and documents. Ensure compliance with data storage and document retention policies. Regularly update and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
