Time sheet administrator for SMS
Prepare letters of invitation for visa for staff visiting India and for review of visa letters for staff travelling outside India, secure signature from signatories. MMPL coordinator for Global partnership programme of UKVI (for seeking UK visa for MMPL staff)
Assisting MMPL Statutory Board (setting up meetings, signatures on board resolutions/MOM/PoAs)
Secure signature on bank documents, engagement letters, offer letters to candidates
Co-ordinate for securing monthly inputs from various stakeholders for unit finance meeting
Co-ordinate for Power of Attorneys - including custodian of all originals
Planning and organizing meetings, events, conferences, travel arrangements and staff functions, accommodation and any special requirements.
Coordination with other functions, agencies, vendors for admin requirements.
Responsible for all confidential correspondence, follow-up and meetings deadlines.
