V2 Fitness Zone is looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the efficient operation of our fitness center. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support the management team, and maintain a welcoming environment for staff and members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from members and vendors.
• Maintain and update member databases and employee files.
2. Front Desk Management:
• Welcome members and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Process memberships, renewals, and billing.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
3. Facility Coordination:
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office and fitness center.
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels for office and gym supplies and reorder as needed.
4. Financial Support:
• Assist with managing invoices, payments, and petty cash.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports as directed by management.
5. Event and Program Support:
• Help plan and execute fitness events, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate schedules for trainers, classes, and programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
