Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling client communication, and performing various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and filing documents
1. Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Arrange travel arrangements
- Book tickets and confirm reservations
2. Client Communication:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
3. Operational Support:
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and databases
- Coordinate internal meetings and events
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas
4. Follow-up and Follow-through:
- Ensure timely follow-up on meetings, actions, and tasks
- Track progress and update relevant stakeholders
5. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and confidence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
